Apprentice Staffing was founded by people who know the trades from the inside — not recruiters who learned them from a spreadsheet. We built this company because we saw a broken system and knew there was a better way.
Our Mission
To connect motivated apprentices with employers who are serious about training them right — and to do it with the honesty, speed, and respect that both sides deserve. We believe the skilled trades are the backbone of this country, and that the people who build, wire, weld, and plumb deserve a staffing partner who actually understands their world.
Why We Started
The skilled trades have a workforce problem. Experienced tradespeople are retiring faster than new ones are being trained. Employers are struggling to find workers who show up, work hard, and stick around. And young people who would thrive in the trades are being steered toward four-year degrees they don't need.
We started Apprentice Staffing to fix the pipeline — not by lowering the bar, but by raising the standard. We pre-screen every candidate for work ethic and aptitude. We match them with employers who are genuinely invested in their development. And we stay involved after placement to make sure the match works for both sides.
The result is a workforce model that's better for employers, better for apprentices, and better for the trades as a whole.
